The best way to maintain your hot tub and to help create a wonderful bathing experience, is to clean the shell and refresh your hot tub water at least every four months. To this end We Love Hot Tubs! offer two service options (paid for by monthly standing order)….these are:

3 visits per year to drain down/refresh and clean your hot tub/filters and equipment including one System Flush per year (see service inclusions below)
3 visits per month to complete all from option one and to also maintain the ongoing balance of chemicals in the water, keeping the hot tub in a clean condition.

Our Hot Tub Maintenance Service includes:

Empty, clean and refill hot tub
Clean the cabinet, cover and pillows
Remove filter(s) and take away for thorough cleaning (if spare filters available)
Fit new filter(s) (if customer holds spare units)
Check that the functions of the hot tub are in working order
Report any fault or make recommendations
Review chemical stock levels and replace as required (additional charges apply according to stock replenished)
Discuss any questions or concerns as required
